  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

For custom or made-to-order jewelry, production timelines may vary depending on design complexity. Any extended timeline will be communicated in advance.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier partner.

  • Domestic and international delivery times may vary.

  • Customers will receive tracking details once the order is shipped.

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, Abelon Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

5. Incorrect Address
