Cancellations & Returns

At Abelon Jewels, each piece is carefully crafted with attention to detail. As most of our jewelry is made to order, we request customers to review our cancellation and return terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Production Starts

  • Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Cancellation requests must be sent via email with your order number.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

After Production Starts

  • Once the product has entered manufacturing, cancellation is not allowed.

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order jewelry cannot be cancelled after confirmation.

Because we begin sourcing materials and production shortly after confirmation, timely communication is important.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • The item must not show signs of alteration, resizing, damage, or third-party repair.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) must be provided.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry

  • Engraved products

  • Made-to-order pieces

  • Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales

  • Products damaged due to improper handling

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos and an unboxing video must be shared for verification.

  • After review, we will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Claims made after 24 hours may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a secure and trackable shipping service.

  • Abelon Jewels is not responsible for lost return shipments.

6. Refund Processing

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
