At Abelon Jewels, we take pride in the quality of our jewelry. Each piece is carefully crafted and inspected before dispatch. However, if you experience any issue, please review our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and unworn.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • The item must not show any signs of damage, alteration, or third-party repair.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry

  • Made-to-order pieces

  • Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Since jewelry is crafted specifically per order, custom pieces cannot be cancelled or refunded once production begins.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos and an unboxing video must be provided as proof.

  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Claims made after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • The product will undergo inspection upon receipt.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

  • We recommend using a secure and trackable shipping service.

  • Abelon Jewels is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.

  • Once the product has entered manufacturing, cancellation is not allowed.

  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
